Returns
New Condition Items
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for items that are unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached. Eligible items will receive a full refund.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrived with a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipping, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Return shipping is covered by us in these cases.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items marked non-returnable at checkout (e.g., clearance items, intimate apparel, digital products)
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at contact@aeandmore.com within your return window with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and the return address
- Ship the item back using a trackable method
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed promptly
